James A. Bryant II

 

Mr. Bryant is a graduate of the University Of Michigan School Of Law, ranked as one of the nation’s top ten law schools according to U.S. News and World Report, and he also received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Before forming the Consumer Advocate Law Group, Mr. Bryant was an associate at the prestigious international law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where his primary practice areas were corporate and real estate transactions.

 

Mr. Bryant’s current areas of practice include a wide array of legal disciplines encompassing transactional, civil litigation and bankruptcy law.  Mr. Bryant has represented clients, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in civil litigation disputes ranging from commercial and real estate to employment related matters. Mr. Bryant is experienced in corporate and real estate transactions including entity formation, corporate governance, equity offerings, general and employment contract formation, mergers and acquisitions, leasing and financing transactions, and debt restructuring and settlement. Mr. Bryant’s knowledge of the law also extends to the area of bankruptcy where he has represented many clients on matters related to both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
